This website is operated by a private company. It is not the United States Government. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency.

You can do all of this yourself

The official ESTA application is at esta.cbp.dhs.gov. It costs $40.27, it is open to anyone from a Visa Waiver Program country, and it takes most people around fifteen minutes. You do not need us, or anyone else, to use it.

Three things to be clear about

1. We are a private service. Nothing on this site is an official government communication.
2. You submit your own application. We never submit anything to CBP on your behalf, and we have no access to the ESTA system.
3. You pay the government fee yourself. The $40.27 goes directly from you to CBP. We never collect it, hold it, or pass it on. Any fee we charge is separate, additional, and shown to you before you pay anything.

What we actually sell

An optional review service. Before you submit, we check the details you have entered — name spelling, passport number, issue and expiry dates, country of issue, date of birth — against your passport, so that a transcription error does not cost you another $40.27 and a delayed trip.

We do not review the eligibility questions. Those cover arrests, convictions and medical matters, and we neither collect nor store your answers to them. If you are unsure how to answer any of them, speak to a qualified immigration attorney rather than to us.

What we cannot do

We cannot influence, speed up, or guarantee the outcome of your application. CBP alone decides whether to grant travel authorization, on its own timetable. Any website claiming otherwise is misleading you.

If you think you have been overcharged elsewhere

If you paid a third-party website substantially more than $40.27 and were not told clearly that it was a private service, you may be able to dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Consumer protection authorities in the UK and EU treat undisclosed third-party government-service fees seriously.
