Common questions
Do I need this service to get an ESTA?
No. You can apply yourself at esta.cbp.dhs.gov for $40.27, and most people do. We sell an optional check of your details before you submit.
Do you submit the application for me?
No. You submit it yourself on the CBP website and you pay CBP directly. We never have access to the ESTA system and we never handle the government fee.
Can you guarantee my ESTA is approved?
No, and nobody can. CBP alone decides. What we can do is make sure a preventable mistake is not the reason you are refused.
What does it cost in total?
The government fee is $40.27, paid by you to CBP. Our review is $90.00, paid to us. Those are separate charges and you see both before you pay anything.
Do you check the eligibility questions?
No. Those cover arrests, convictions and medical matters, and we neither collect nor store your answers to them. If you are unsure how to answer one, speak to a qualified immigration attorney.
